A.) Check Out Procedure and Credit Card and Check Processing.
When you place an order with us your credit card or checking account information is NEVER entered into our site. We DO NOT CAPTURE or TRANSMIT your credit card or checcking account information. Instead we assign an Order Number and a Customer Number to you and transfer you directly to the authorization site. Their site establishes a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection to your machine and prcoesses your credit card.
After your payment is approved we are sent an email telling us that the Order Number has been approved. The email DOES NOT contain your credit card or checking account information.
B.) Personal Information
Your personal information (Name, Address, etc...) and purchase history is NOT stored on our web server. We are adding the ability to save your own personal order so that you can place additional orders by simply re-visiting the site.
We DO NOT and WILL NOT ever disclose your personal information or any purchase history to any third party except for the following:
1. Whatever we need to disclose to fulfill your order. In other words, we can't ship it to you without putting your address on it or in the case where we have it shipped from a warehouse we need to tell them where to ship it.
2. We have to disclose it due to proper legal process. In other words we get served a court order requiring us to divulge your information or purchase history.
We may in the future offer a newsletter or other special events/offers/etc... You will be notified of the opportunity to "Opt In" on notification of these. We will contact you once asking if you want us to let you know about any special offers, etc.... If you tell us you don't want to be notified we will not contact you again. If we don't hear back from you we will assume that you DO NOT want to be notified and will not contact you again either.
